Booking Terms

  • 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.

  • A deposit is required for all appointments and must be paid at least 48 hours before your booking to secure your time.

  • Appointments without a deposit paid within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be automatically cancelled.

  • If your appointment is not confirmed within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. If you experience any issues confirming, please contact the salon directly.

  • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost, which will be added to your next appointment.

  • Appointments running more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting following bookings.

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Pricing

  • We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without notice.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

  • Please note that all pricing is listed as “from” and may vary depending on the length, thickness, and condition of the hair, as well as the type of styling or service required.

  • This price list serves as a guide to our most popular services — for an accurate quote, please contact the salon directly for a personalised consultation.

  • EFTPOS surcharges may apply and will be passed on to the customer. Cash payments are accepted to avoid these additional charges.

Keratin Treatments

  • Keratin treatments are heat-activated; results cannot be guaranteed without applying heat during styling at home.

  • This service is designed to smooth the hair — it is not a permanent straightening treatment.

  • Hair must not be washed for 72 hours following the treatment.

  • Longevity of results depends on following recommended aftercare; results cannot be guaranteed without using recommended retail products.

  • Lightening or colouring your hair within four weeks after treatment may shorten its lifespan and alter results.

  • Results vary depending on hair type, previous chemical history, and home care routine.

Monay Cryotherapy Treatments

  • Hair cannot be coloured 10 days before or after a Monay Cryotherapy treatment, unless performed within Synergy Hair by our stylists.

  • Monay Cryotherapy is a smoothing treatment, and in some cases may result in mild straightening.

  • The treatment is heat-activated; results cannot be guaranteed if heat is not used during home styling.

  • Results cannot be guaranteed if hair oils are used within two weeks prior to your appointment.

  • Longevity depends on proper aftercare — using Monay shampoo, conditioner, and healing mask is essential for maintaining results.

  • We cannot guarantee treatment longevity if recommended retail products are not purchased and used as directed.

Refunds & Adjustments

  • At Synergy Hair, our goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and happy.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can review and rectify any concerns.

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind or dissatisfaction after the agreed service has been performed.

  • In line with Australian Consumer Law, refunds or re-services will only be offered where required by law.

  • Colour corrections or adjustments are at the discretion of the stylist and management.

General Policies

  • We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointment to ensure the best service experience. Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled services.

  • Children are welcome in the salon if supervised by an adult and do not disrupt other clients’ services.

  • Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.

  • For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that the salon remains a relaxing environment — mobile phone use should be kept minimal during services.

  • We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during your visit.

  • If your hair has had previous chemical services or at-home colour, please let us know during your consultation — this can affect results and service time.

  • We may request a strand or patch test prior to colour services to ensure the best and safest outcome.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary, including for aggressive or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or other clients.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • All services and policies are in line with Australian Consumer Law.
